About The Everoak Lodge

Escape to The Everoak Lodge — a fairytale retreat tucked into the pines of Broken Bow. Step into our "Into the Woods" interior, where rustic charm meets storybook detail.

The Everoak Lodge has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 6 beds, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Two king suites make it a great fit for family vacations and trips with friends. The third bedroom is a favorite with kids and teens—a spacious bunk, game, and movie room made for late-night fun.

Watch the game or the movie your way
Settle in for a movie in the bunk room, or take it outside. The covered patio and covered cabana mean you can watch the game or an evening film in any weather.

Guest access & Parking
Guests have the whole house to themselves. There is parking on the property for 4 vehicles and 1 boat trailer.

Neighborhood
We are in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, 2 miles from Hwy 259. We are off N Lukfata Trail. You'll find Hochatown Distillery, Okie Girls Coffee, Mt. Fork Brewery & More! Our cabin is 3.7 miles from Choctaw Casino.

Booking
Must be 21 years of age or older to book. A signed rental agreement and a $250 refundable security deposit are required. The security deposit is subject to the terms of the rental agreement.

Pool, hot tub, and sauna
The pool is heated and cooled, but the water temperature takes time to adjust, so please don't expect it to change quickly. Children must be supervised at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests swim at their own risk.

Fire pit
Please use the fire pit only as directed in the welcome book, never leave it unattended, and fully extinguish it before going inside or to bed. Hochatown can have county burn bans, in which case the fire pit is off-limits.

Quiet hours and no parties
Quiet hours are 12 AM to 7 AM. Parties and events are not allowed. Max occupancy is 12 guests, including children, and registered guests only.

Rural setting
The cabin is in the Ouachita foothills, so expect wildlife, insects, and winding roads. Please do not leave trash outside.

Parking
The driveway has room for up to 4 vehicles and 1 trailer. Please note that the driveway is steep, so use extra caution, especially in wet or icy weather. No campers or RVs are allowed. Please park only in designated areas and keep the road clear so neighbors and emergency vehicles can pass.

Maintenance & Upkeep
To keep your stay comfortable, the property is maintained on a regular schedule:
Pool: Cleaned every Thursday.
Hot tub: Drained, cleaned, and refilled after every guest check-out, so it’s fresh for each stay.
Trash pickup: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please place bags in the designated bin so they’re ready for pickup.

Pets
Up to 2 dogs, 50 lbs or under each, with a $150 non-refundable fee for each pet. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated when left alone.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is 4 PM, and check-out is 11 AM. Please follow the check-out steps in the welcome book.

Cameras
For the safety of our guests and property, there are 4 exterior cameras. They record video only, with no audio recording.

Front: one in the doorbell and one on the northwest corner of the house, both viewing the front entrance and driveway
Back: one on the southeast corner and one on the southwest corner of the house, both viewing the backyard

There are no cameras or recording devices inside the house.
