About Jim Camp Custom Furniture

Tucked into Broken Bow, Jim Camp Custom Furniture has spent years building a reputation as the woodworking shop locals and cabin owners call when they want something made right. Operating since 2017, the shop describes its focus as custom cabinetry and architectural interiors for luxury cabins and homes across Oklahoma and the surrounding region, which explains why so many Hochatown property owners keep its number handy. Jim Camp comes from a family of woodworkers, and that lineage shows in work built to last rather than simply fill a room.

The craftsmanship runs deep and wide. Clients commission Murphy beds, tables, stools, doors, bookshelves, headboards, and bunk beds, each piece customized to fit the space and the vision behind it rather than pulled from a catalog. Alongside the furniture side of the business, Jim partners with Rhonda Camp of RKC Designs under the Camp Custom Designs name, rounding out the offering with hand-painted wood signage for cabins, rentals, and homes that want a personal mark at the door. Walking through a finished project feels less like buying furniture and more like watching a family trade passed down through careful joinery and finish work. At the center of the sign-making process sits a CNC machine, carving each design with precision before it gets hand-painted and finished to order.
